I can't post anything on my facebook wall or other walls. What I can do?

I've tried to post updates on my facebook wall but It doesn't work and I cannot even click in some privacy settings. It looks like is only on my computer, but is only facebook. It has been my account hacked? Please help.

If you account was hacked theres no way for them permanently change something. Try it from another computer and go from there. If it works then download AVG or something to remove the virus, if it doesn't contact FB,.
