Sounds like someone is harassing you. I would block that person.

Don't click on the link. High chances are that it's a virus, they're just tricking you into it with curiosity so they get a virus on your computer.
I've been on twitter since 2009 and I can't tell you how many time I've had random people send me virus links. Report the person for spam and ignore it.

I've received messages like these, and they were all spam. I got them from people who I was sure couldn't send messages of the sort. So don't blame them for what they've done, they probably didn't even known they did it.

Of course, don't click on the link, it would surely be some sort of malware that could track your personal information and send it to their own servers, so that they can misuse it. Disregard any more such messages sent in the future.
