Is there any way to make safari work on a unlocked iPhone 4?
I have recently got my hands on a new iPhone 4 and I had iPhone 3 with rogers. The iPhone I've found is Bell's so I had to unlock to actually use it. I can call and do text messages, but apps who uses internet like Safari, Maps or Facebook only work when I'm on my Wi-fi... Is there any way I can get them to work? Thanks!

I afraid that there is no way Smile) you need either wifi/3G to use those apps or they are useless

you should told us what firmware your iPhone is running on, and you can check this site to choose unlock method to your iPhone 4 firmware http://iphone.pandaapp.com/jailbreak/
