Yes. The picture was photoshopped before it was released. NO modern shotgun discharges smoke like that. Talk about blowing smoke!!

It was a staged photo-op.

1.) No one uses a ported barrel to shoot skeet.
2.) No one braces their discharging weapon using their face.
3.) His line of sight is so low that he was either using the horizon as his guide or he waited so long for the plate to drop that missed the shot altogether.

No, it's not. Photos are intellectual property. Someone can't take a photo you took and use it to make money for themselves.

You can photoshop it all you want for the purpose of satire, critique, or anything else that falls under the category of fair use.
