How do I send a picture with a message on Twitter?
I uploaded a photo to twitpic, and I want to tag someone and send them a message with it. I only got a twitter like 5 days ago and it's confusing the **** out of me.

I've seen people tag this person in a picture and say "another great picture of @person's name". How the hell do I do that. lol. Thanks Smile

When you are writing your status, type the message and upload the photo with it so they can see both the status and photo.
