Would you pay 1$ for a 12oz cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream?

Any suggestions on what I can do to lower the price if its too high?


What are some stores that I can cheap cups and cocoa from?

I live in so cal so we have stores like costco, sam's club, wall mart etc.

And every store has cheap Hot Choco mix if you get the powder stuff. It's surprisingly cheap.
