How do you reconnect with someone with whom you have no contact?

So I've had a little bit of a falling out with a girl i love due to a bad decision I made while slightly less than at my fullest mental faculties. Now fortunately the offense was minor and I apologized what I did promptly yet still this girl avoids me and as of now i have no real way of getting in touch with her.

My question is: how do you reconnect with someone who you don't have any contact with?
