How Do I Get Personal Anti Virus Off My Laptop Please Answer?

So i have personal anti virus on my dell laptop. I cant uninstall it theres on way. It blocked facebook myspace and all that stuff. Is there any way to get it off with out spending money? And if i have to then on what? Thank you

Control panel, click add remove programs, scroll list, click on the program, click remove. Then Install an excellent Internet Security like Norton Internet Security 2009. You do not want to connect to the Internet with out a security software installed.

Personal Antivirus, obviously is a hoax for money. Get spyware doctor (for free) delete what you can with that. Get Avira Antivirus if you don't have a antivirus. If these don't get rid of it. try doing a computer restore.
