Communist doctrine needs no CIA involvement, nor a means of spreading it regardless of any social media.
Communism spreads by Capitalism failings.
As the American economy falters by the dishonesty of greed by the top 1%, more and more people look towards some other more social understanding.

Nikita Kruschev said many years ago about America "We will bury you"
He didn't mean by weapons, he meant the economy of the West would implode, and Communism would become the worldwide acceptable system.
It appears his statement isn't all that far fetched.
