My computer shows " GOOGLE INSTALLER STOP WORKING" please help me frnds?

when i install google voice and video chat my pc shows "GOOGLE INSTALLER STOP WORKING" and i m unable to make video calls on gmail or facebook after installing chatting option....

ok first thing you do is restart your computer then go on the internet type in Google chrome download it the yay it works

It did not install correctly on your computer. To fix the issue, go to Add and Remove Programs in Control Panel (Control panel -> Add and remove programs) then uninstall the Google programs that failed to install correctly.

After the programs have been successfully uninstalled, restart your computer.
After that, go to Google and download the programs again, then install. It should work

the message GOOGLE INSTALLER STOP WORKING will come when the script is not running well by java...
Beter to re install properly ...
first completely remove the chrome from add or remove programs and run a c cleaner or cleanup software foe deleting waste/temp files . . .
install flash player and java for better web browsing and the install chrome again . . .
