or cancel? then freezes everything, but on mine it's perfect fully fine?
does she have a virus on her facebook is that possible?

No, her facebook does not have a "virus." Script errors are often caused by running outdated web browsers. Update her browser (FireFox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc...) and these problems should stop.
