You could:

Use a USB hookup from your camera to your computer. Download the pictures than load them on Facebook after.

Downloading the original Start Menu could really help in this aspect, you will need to look it up on Youtube.

Windows 8 is in my opinion a mega fail for Microsoft trying to copy Apple's easy to use design.
