What are some good websites to post job opportunities on?
I want to place an ad on at least a few websites that are legitimate with high traffic. I am looking to expand my business and want to find people who can help promote my business and are wanting to make money. I want to help others make extra money.

Hey There! It sort of depends on what kind of job you're looking to fill but from a recruiting standpoint I would recommend posting on CareerBuilder.com, Monster.com and Craigslist.com. Depending on where you live craigslist.com postings can range between $0 (free) - $25 per post. CareerBuilder.com and Monster.com are much more expensive ($300 - $500 for an individual job post) but you'll get a higher quality candidate/resume pool. The other option I would really recommend is using LinkedIn.com. If you havent already heard of it LinkedIn.com is a social networking platform for the business community. You can set up an account and use your network of contacts (everyone you know professionally) plus everyone your contacts know and so forth to spread the word about your openings. Word of mouth is a great way to fill jobs and whenever I've used LinkedIn to fill jobs I've always been really pleased by the quality of the candidate pool.
