How to get rid of a stalker ex boyfriend?

Now I had a Order of Protection against him back in 2012 but that didn't keep him away and when I called the cops on him they just give him warnings never arrest him. He followed me at the clubs all night, this guy owns 5 guns and knows I fear guns what should I do to keep him away. I blocked him on Facebook and he doesn't have my new number what to do?

Go to the police chief and demand they arrest him if he persists on breaking the law by coming close to you or contacting you. I'm sure you can also sue him for a good sized amount of money in a court that might get his attention.
