INFEX for iPad, what is it about?

One thing you should know I have an iPhone, not an iPad! There is this new graphic novel called INFEX and it's only available for the iPad! I saw the trailer for INFEX and it looked cool but I didn't get the story! I read a small synopsis of the comic but it didn't tell me a lot about the story! It said something about a girl who has been genetically engineered by her father as a cure for cancer. But after her father's death, the corporation that her father owned imprisons the girl inside a underground the labyrinth Where she has to battle mutants, or something.

Let me cut to the chase! This question is for people who have iPads and have the INFEX graphic novel. Can you please tell me in as much detail as you can about the story and the characters. Plus I would also like to know what were those weird creatures in the trailer!
