what is the most effective way to get responses to ads placed on Craig's List?

For therapeutic massage sessions given by a skilled nurturing massage practitioner vs other types of massage ads placed on Craig's List. I get a great number of responses for services that I prefer not to offer, but I am sure there are lots of customers who are not aware that healing massage services are available on Craig's List. I offer only the therapeutic services. Any suggestions for attracting customers.

Craigslist unfortunately seems to attract the wrong kind of massage clients. I recommend posting ads under the "beauty" section as opposed to therapeutic (since all those ads seem to be for "other" things, which is a travesty in my opinion!). Another option is to use other social sites like facebook, myspace, twitter, etc.
