what is the best format and resolution for digital art on facebook?
i've started adding some of my art onto facebook but it keeps turning out really grainy and bad quality
i've tried saving in jpeg and png, from different programs but it always turns out the same i can't find any high-quality check boxes? okay yeah found the check box but it's not changing anything :c yeah i use tumblr haha just wanted to show my friends bit of a let down haha the picture is actually perfect quality, daniel, mate i've looked at it through four different image viewers, not grainy or bad quality at all Ads |

that's because facebook converts all pictures to JPG format even if you save them in PNG format
however, facebook has a "high quality" checkbox for the album you are uploading your pictures into, so make sure that is checked before you publish the album it's at the bottom of the page when you create a new album - here... i'll screenshot it for you http://i45.tinypic.com/2i9jxxf.png if it doesnt change anything, then there is nothing else you can do - stop using facebook as an image hosting site... use a site like photobucket.com instead which supports large high quality images Ads |

If its Not Coming Out Right Than Something is Wrong With the Picture The Picture it Self is Probably Not Good Quality if its not uploading in Good Quality
