Why won't anybody buy from my website? How can I market better to people?

I just recently launched a T-shirt line January 7! I've tried to make it look a little more official than my local competition, but no one still seems to buy! I'm still in High School and they aren't purchasing at all! But sadly, they're the only people that probably know about it. I've tried to add comments on instagram, Twitter, Facebook, but nothing is seeming to give! Now I know its only been a week, but but i have over 400 views and no purchases! Help please!

I should suggest you to hire a Business Analyst but its not worth it
Here are a few things you can try
-change the pricing strategy(from price skimming to price penetration vice versa)
-offer something like buy 3 get 1 free
-after sale services
Btw your business has just started and its in a saturated market but don't worry since your product is a necessity it will surely make you some money
