This has happened to many times to be just a coincidence. Sad They are very nice in person to me but I can't get them to even answer on pm on facebook, they answered on time in public under their status but that was it. what is the deal you think? I can't get them to talk or chat enough to find out. Sad just looking for ideas, thanks.
yes she is nice to me outside of facebook and we even had lunch together once. and she wanted to go again. but when I asked for a time she keeps saying they are busy. Sad
well it shows thery are on line and as soon as I send them a pm they are shown as being offline. Sad

That's odd because I never had that problem. Have you tried chatting with this friend outside FB? Yahoo messenger perhaps and see how it goes?

I wouldn't read too much into it. Are there any other people in the house that might be using the computer? I doubt if it is that they would answer your chat requests. I had that happen to me before. Turns out it showed them as online but it was his son that was using the computer. On the other hand, maybe she actually is too busy so I would quit asking her to go out. Next time it comes up, just tell her if she ever does want to go to lunch or go out some time to let you know. Just casually, with no pressure. You don't want to become an annoyance.
