How to delete a twitter account that you don't have access to?

There's this twitter account that I made years ago, and when you search my name up on google, it's the first thing that comes up. The user name is dumb, and I don't use it anymore. The email associated with that account is deleted, and there is no way to regain it. There are no phone numbers with the account. Is there anything that I can do to get rid of the account?

Probably not. If you can't access the e-mail you used, then it will be there permanently
