I would suggest to simply ask friends to spread the word about your site as well as talking to high school, elementary, college students to see if they are willing to help. Also, try seeing if you could advertise your website on other major educational websites.

Hi Matthew, there are many ways to drive traffic to your site. Both free and paid ones. I would suggest, you stick with free methods. There are so many free methods that its silly to pay for traffic. One thing you want to keep in mind is that you dont need just any traffic. You need whats called targeted traffic. Which in your case means people who are looking for someone to do their homework for free. It wouldn't do you any good if you had thousands of untargeted traffic. Specially if you are wanting to make money with your website, showing ads on it or other ways.

Publish good and helpful article related to doing homework often. The more quality content you have, the more visitors you can attract.
Join related online forums and contribute and help others. (Dont forget to put our sites link in your signature).
submit your site to directories in your niche and search engines.
use related blogs to leave a comment with your websites url as your link.
Write some articles about homework and related topics and submit them to major article directories like ezine.com (for a list of article directories look in the resource box)
create a myspace page, facebook, hi5, and other social networking profiles for your site.
Ask your twitter friends to tweet about your site. same thing with myspace, facebook and others.
Make fliers with your site's url and its purpose and place them around schools in your town.
Make a bumper sticker with your site's url and place it on your car.
these are just a few ways you can get traffic. But, the best way for the long run is through whats called SEO (Search Engine Optimization). It takes work, but its well worth the effort and the traffic from it lasts. (you can find a link to an article explaining SEO in the resource box)
Whatever you do, dont buy traffic. You know those sites that charge you $50 or whatever and tell you they send thousands of visitors to your site, those are all trash. They are not real visitors, just one person using different proxies and etc. And even if they were real, it wouldn't do you any good because they wouldn't be targeted traffic. I wish you good luck.
