How to get ride of that Facebook Virus?

i have this virus where it leaves everybody comments saying something like check out my new pics with a link.Its obviously a virus but some people click it and get it anyways. how do i get ride of it

disable apps that you have on facebook...i don't know of a hijacker that could do that. so its probably fishy applications. they can use your info and stuff, post in your name with out telling you.
or someone knows your log on password
