How is a social movement called in which....?

[From Rimini to Dallas]

In which people want to legalize everything, even the impossible, because everytime there is a new law, it is broken by the majority of the population in some way. And in which people want to eliminate income taxes completely because nobody pays them and there is no decent public service. Also in which the government is reduced to historical minimum and the only thing it should do is guarantee civil rights, free market and competition.
It is a republican government with civil rights. I don't know how to call it!

I feel that it's the party of our forefathers and makes alot more sense than the other parties.
