What can be done about someone breaking probation on illegal drugs and also child services?

I know someone on probation for possession and other things. Do not know who their probation officer is. They are constantly posting pictures of their illegal drug use on social media websites and other apps. They live at home and only help raise their child on occation. I wanted to have child services see the photos and have them drug tested for breaking probation. Trust me people the kid is better off without this parent! Who do I contact or email photos to in Houston Tx? I can't file a complaint via the child services website cuz its not an emergency case and can not contact their probation officer direct cuz I don't know who it is. Thanks

If they are on probation they should be subject to random drug tests from their probation officer. The PO can just show up at their house and get them to pee in a cup. They can also search their home. If the childs is being neglected I would call your county court house and ask to speak with the probabtion division or whatever it is called and give a report that you believe them to be usig illegal drugs.
