How can i make people join my website?

I am new to web developing. I have started developing my first and upload some of it. I want to make people join my website and comment on it.

Google friend connect is no more offering their service for non blogger website. Is their a way i enlist my website in a blogger website or do i have any other free option to make people join my website and comment as a website user.

Try out below things.
1) First of all ask your some friends to join your site and comment,
2) Use twitter facebook google+ like social media for publishing,
3) Create one account in google analytic. using that services users can search your site contents via google search. also using that you can monitor your website access.
