How to make a webpage blog?

Ok so im a Blogger i blog alot on twitter and have a diff facebook page which i hide behind so i dont get bombarded now im looking to make a web page so i can keep everyone up to date on all the latest happning and celebrity gossip i have a source who helps me but i really want to make it a web page but dont know how just a standard web page would be suitible thanks in advance will rate high for best answer
i need a website so i can verify my witter also so others know i am the real one thanks i dont think using a template is going to do that ...

I would check out WordPress...you can customize the pages to look as you need, or use one of the million of templates that are out there!

The simplest and the best way is with Wordpress CMS. Otherwise go to blogspot.com, register and write your blogs there.
