what are the chances of finding a girl friend on facebook?

I've heard of this happening in stories but never met anyone i'm talking about two people getting in a relationship in facebook that never met before hand. Thats what I am trying to do myself

I've heard several stories of people meeting via fb and becoming a couple from there. It's possible but it's better to befriend someone that's your friend's friend so that you have a similar connection and it wouldn't feel like a random approach.
