how to get your youtube channel noticed?

i was wondering because i have a small Chanel here http://www.youtube.com/user/balsto652?feature=mhee but not to many have viewed my videos or commented and i worked hard on some and i rely want to know since i herd 1 you can make money on youtube and 2 its fun doing it

OK, I'm still not as good as really professional youtubers but here's some of my tips that I used to grow my channel.

1. Use advertising - good advertising. When I mean good advertising I mean on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter not spamming on YouTube vids or forums or whatever.

You can make a free twitter account and follow random people, most of them follow back and then whennever you upload you can tweet about your new video with the link.

2. Post good content, if you are a gaming channel like me then make sure you're entertaining also try to laugh a lot because if you don't them the chances are the audience won't find it entertaining and also try to make the first 30 seconds as interesting as possible.

3. Try partnership. Most partnerships help you grow. Try your best.

4. Upload often. C'mon the last video you uploaded was 3 months ago. Upload at least 4 times a week.

5. Try do an upload switch with someone your level. Get someone to switch uploads with you for one day and see if it attracts new visitors.

6. Don't expect to be extremely famous. Seriously the chances of getting one hundered thousand subscribers are low.

7. Try to make friends with other YouTubers in the YouTube community.
