How can I sleep without getting distracted?
I really need help
Every time I go to bed, i go on my phone and watch videos and go on Facebook. ...and i sleep at 1:00pm i got school the next day (this happens every time and once i slept at 5:46pm) any help to sleep faster Sorry 1:00am and 5:46am Ads |

You meant 1 am and 5:46am right or else it is not at all recommended to sleep at noon and at evening.
We all have that temptation to go to FB and other social media sites.The thing is that you are not really tired enough to go to sleep so try to do something that wont make you excited.(I try to study and that makes me sleepy ) and dont sleep with your temptation you would not be able to sleep so open FB check ONCE only once and then log out and got sleep.Dont go to youtube and also keep out of coffee/tea,computer ,tv,loud musics or anything that pumps you energy one hour before you sleep.Sleep everyday at the same time. Set a routine bedtime (like 10PM maybe) and stay away from any distractions like facebook,videos, and turn off your cell phone.It will be a bit difficult but you will gradually get used to it.
