Do you think that VERY frequent users of social media like facebook etc, can handle more information?

These tools bombard us with a lot of information, wondering if some people who get overwhelmed (like myself) have less capacity to make sense of all this information than people who use it frequently? Thinking of doing a study and wondering if anyone else sees a correlation between that or not.

i believe with constant flow the capacity increases, and therefore the larger the media and info flow the more we are able to handle, gradually however, being that overload is possible.
