How to get more likes on my Facebook page? Also more interaction?

I made a Facebook page for fun status' and photos and the page has just over 100 likes but no interaction.
If one of the admins or I put up a post; the insights tell me that usually around 20-30 people have seen the post but it will only ever get about 1 like even if the post is interactive? Xo
