How to get rid of over attached ex?

So my ex is very over attached and she is annoying me to death. I've tried multiple ways to get rid of her like, telling her I hate her, we're never getting back together. I could always just tell her I'm gay but then she would spread the lie. And now she has got to the point where she will ruin my chances with another girl. She has done this 6 times now. How do I get rid of her?
Plus she is saying how I love her and were gonna get back together

If you find a girl you like just tell her up front look I have an ex gf, who just can't get over me and will tell a sweet person like you a lie saying yada yada whatever...and hope the chick will understand that she is desperate.

say things like I would never go back to an ex or them picture qoutes that say stuff like Thanks ex but i don't need you, thanks for the EXperience sorry but once you are EXpired you never good again for me!

Just cut off completly everything dealing with her PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not say one word to her
eventually she will know you won't talk to her, don't answer to different phone numbers you don't know...A guy who liked me did that by pretending to be a girlfriend of mine.IGNORE HER SHE MUST GO AWAY lol
And treat the next girl right please
