Does facebook tell you who viewed your profile? Would someone know if i viewed theirs?

No. It is not currently implemented on Facebook. Although, third-party apps on facebook claims it, but they are not always correct.

Currently officially, nobody knows if you visit their profile or someone visit yours.

There is isn't an actual way to know unless they liked something on your profile or even poked you but that's it. Don't trust those sites that claim to let you know who visited your page because it's a scam and they are looking for ways to hack your account.

There is currently no feature that facebook allows to do this right now. There are apps out there but a lot of them are spamming applications
