can we upgrade iphone to ios 5 without upgrading it to ios 6?
i have iphone3gs with ios 4.1.1 and upgrade through iphone is only to ios6 now which wont be compatible by my iphone any other way i can upgrade it as i cant use many of the apps such as fb twitter viber with this phone Sad

First of All, iOS 6 is compatible with iPhone 3GS.

You can Update 3GS to iOS 5 without going to iOS 6 but you'll have to jailbreak for that. Then using SHSH blobs you can trick itunes and update to iOS 5 without even going to iOS 6.
