How to market real estate developments?
What's the best way for real estate developers to attract home buyers in the new economy, using social media and traditional media tools together?
Here's a video that provides some answers. http://www.youtube.com/user/braunallison...NcZmLImRmo

In the end, it's the actual product that matters. Most buyers don't care about the frivolous things like websites and applications. You should have a sales centre with at least one display unit showcasing all the appliances and the interior finishes. You should also have a good website that features all the floor plans so people can get a better idea of spacing. Also, it would be helpful to show the view off of each floor so people know what to expect. Many developers refuse to put pricing on the website that way they can obtain more information from prospective buyers so they can farm it later. On the website there should also be a registration for when the project launches and hits the market.

Other then that and having the necessary brochures, financing information etc, the rest truly is up to the pricing, quality and layout of the units.

I think that marketing something as big as that means you need to hire a social media strategist...who can get everything coordinated, while you market in the real world. In the end, if there's a need for your product--- and the product is great-- marketing will be an effortless thing.
