Can this nightmare come true?

Oh my god! Please help me. I am having these horrible nightmares about me getting kidnapped. I am so scared right now, I am shaking. Can this horrible nightmare come true? At first it was me and my cousin getting kidnapped, but now its just me getting kidnapped. Please help me, Im crying because I'm so terrified. Please tell me if this can come true, because I have had dreams come true, but not like this.

You can relax - dreams are rarely literal and although sometimes people stretch to make it appear that we can "see the future" in our dreams, it's not likely. Dreams are believed to be our subconscious mind trying to make sense of our thoughts and process them. During that processing, we create "symbols" for things in our waking life. for example, if you were kidnapped in your dream, maybe you feel as if you're losing control to someone in your life (just one possible meaning). I'm not a psychologist, but I've read a lot on the subject and you have nothing to fear.
