first of I am not a spoiled kid who wants money, I am raising money for world challange, if you don't know what it is it's a humanity trip where a group of people go to two diffrent third world countries in one month and help at places like orphaniges. I am going in 2014 but the money installments need to be payed by 2013, I turn 14 at the end of the year so I can't get a job and ern money that way, I need some ideas really bad since I need at least $990 by Feburary, also I live in Australia.

Hmm.......There are TONS of ways to make money. Though you need to make sure you are in a safe environment or at least have someone supervise you....probably. I suggest just SELLING things or doing things for people. Like washing their cars, doing people's laundry, walking their dogs, babysitting, selling lemonade, etc. So that is ALL I can think of since you can't find a job.

4k is a lot of cash for someone your age in such a short amount of time. Best you could do is some serious lawn mowing.

It's a good cause, but even adults have trouble earning that kind of money. Best I can tell you is to babysit, mow lawns, and walk dogs.

Maybe you should save this kind of expedition for the future when you can be employed.
Focus on your education right now. Maybe when you're an adult, you can work in a career to promote these sorts of things.

Consider an online crowdfunding project. There are several sites where, for a small percentage of what you raise, you can use the power of crowdfunding through the website to your advantage. You put your cause online, tell people on the site what you are trying to raise money for, then promote the fundraiser by sharing a link to the online crowdfunding fundraiser to all of your social media contacts, friends, family and people you know. People go to the site, give $5 or $10 (or more!) through their credit cards in a secured transaction, and you get the money you need!

Crowdfunding is generally described as getting a lot of small donations from a large number of people. Using the power of social networks, it is easy to get a great fundraiser going through a crowdfunding site and raise money quickly without having to do car washes and bake sales and the other time consuming old fashioned ways of raising money.
