i have had some problems on facebook can i find out who's posting things on my wall

What do you mean? If someone posts on your wall, you will get a notification for it and it will appear on your wall. If it isn't showing/loading for some reason or if the notifications are lagging, log out and log back in again.

Or do you mean, can you find out who is viewing your profile? There's no way to find that out. There are a lot of scams to do with finding out who has visited your profile but Facebook privacy/security settings are such that it's impossible to know.
