How can I block MeetMe posting activity on my Facebook?

Whenever I so much as click on someone's page on MeetMe it says "[...] has checked out [...]!" on Facebook and it's getting annoying having to hide each update individually. How can I block MeetMe from posting all my activity like this?

Go to account setting the click app and website after that click the app then it should show up people you it to see only me mean hour the only one that your going to see its going to be private

Go to to the MeetMe Post Where it Says that Click on the X Button than you Should See a Block Button Click on that and it Will Stop MeetMe From Posting Stuff like that onto your Wall
