How can I recruit virtually?

I am a recruiter for a company in Florida and we have made the move to virtual employees for inbound and outbound sales (primarily). My question is if anyone has any strategies to find applicants INSIDE THE US that has worked for them and if so, what are they? Any sites, blogs, social media strategies, or contacts would be helpful! Thanks in advance!

This seems like something that would have been carefully researched and analyzed before the company made a strategic decision to make the move. Talk to someone high enough in the company to have been involved with the strategic decision making process to get insights specific to your company.
