How to make social networking icons smaller on blogger?

I have a blog, (lushfreak.blogspot.com) and I have been struggling to find some lovely icons for my social networking for ages, finally i've found some gorgeous ones, but they're huge? How can I reduce the size? Should I put anything in the URL that I used to get the icons on my page? Help all you computer genius's... Here's a pic of how it looks at the moment:
