Is there a way to find a person on Facebook by using a photo and first name?

I was on a trip and I met a girl and have bin trying to find her on Facebook and all I have is a picture of her and a first name. Can someone help me find my friend.

it is not possible to find someone on FB wif his/her first name
but if u have the guy's e-mail u can
and yes, u can drag the photo on to google search and the result of ur friend's FB acc will come out

Try to see if there is anyone you know who knows this girl so her name should pop up when you search for her?

For now, there is no feature in Fb that lets you search by photo. But you can try your luck by searching using the first name.

Not Possible to Find A Person By Using a Photo you Could Do a Search By 1st Name But if There Name Is Common you are More than Likely to Get a Thousand Of Results
