How do you speed up the internet connection, when you use a phone as a modem?
I have the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 pro mini. I have it hooked up to my laptop as a modem. The connection is really slow though. It takes like 5 minutes to connect to facebook. How can I speed it up??

You can do following thing to increase speed
Connect your phone to pc only by usb cable
Disable automatic anti-virus update
Disable Windows Update
Don't Open multiple browsers/multiple tabs in same browser
Clear Cookies,Caches,Temp Files,History regularly
Don't Use Internet on you mobile while using it on PC
Don't Disconnect the Net frequently
Also many things you can done
