Macbook laptop help please!!!?

I have a macbook laptop with only one account that i forgot the password to. (the admin password) so i made a new account and a new admin. so now i have two accounts and one of them (A) is standard and the other (B) is not. So I want to switch the places of account A and account B so B (the new one) would be the standard account. Then after that I want to delete A so all i have is B. how do i do it?
omg sorry this is extremely detailed... Lol but ive been on this for hours please help
