How to authenticate a Facebook page?

hey. a person with whom i have no contact with anymore has made me administrator and removed himself from this Facebook page. It is unauthenticated.i do not know how to authenticate it. i have tried contacting Facebook via email but all i receive is automated responses. can you please help me authenticate this Facebook page! thank you. (note: there is no ''protect your page'' button on my pages settings or elsewhere)

If He made you a Administrator and Removed Him Self you are Still the Admin Of the Facebook page unless He Removed you As A Admin Than Nobody Owns the Page to Reclaim it you have to Contact Facebook at the Help Center Since you Tried that Already There is nothing Else you Can Do But Wait For Facebook to Look at it and Possibly Resign the Page
