Hi Sanjeev,
My name is Gautam and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. Please follow the steps below to check display drivers in the laptop. 1 click on start button in windows 2 type device manager in search bar 3 open the device manager look for display adapter options click on the + sign to expand that option 4 check under display adapter if standard VGA adapter is there or any other display adaptor. 5 check if there any yellow exclamation mark on display adopter If there is a display adopter other than standard VGA with no yellow exclamation mark then video driver is installed properly. If you have standard VGA adopter then you need to update the video drivers. Please visit the website http://www.dell.co.in/support and download the video drivers. Please use your system service tag to find the correct drivers for your PC. Please reply in case you have any further questions. Regards Gautam_H Ads |
