Has anyone heard of the Nap and Snack diet?
I have heard a lot on the Twitter about this new diet trend where people eat hot food and then immediately cold food and then sleep. I guess the point of eating hot food and then cold food right after is that the reaction in your body burns MASSIVE amounts of calories! You need to nap to allow the reaction to take place.

If it works I want to try it. I would like to eat hot bacon and then cookie dough ice cream immediately afterwards. Has anyone heard of Nap and Snack?

No, eating hot food then cold food really does not burn a lot of calories. If you drink 20 litres of ice cold water, you burn 700 calories, though, so that might interest a qwikfixer like yourself.

YOU WILL NOT LOSE WEIGHT BY USING FAD DIETS LIKE THAT ONE. THE SECRET TO LOSING WEIGHT, WHICH REALLY IS NOT VERY COMPLICATED AT ALL, IS MAKING SURE YOU BURN MORE CALORIES IN A DAY THAN YOU EAT. You probably burn around 1200 a day before exercise, so if you eat 1200 a day and exercise you'll lose weight.

It really isn't hard.

And the nap and snack thing is NOT true. That's ridiculous.
