I can't access my facebook messages or my friends, can anyone help me ?

I click on the refresh button, it just keeps loading but nothing comes up, I think my computer got a virus when I downloaded something, and maybe that messed with my laptop, but I don't know. And my friend dont come up either. Can someone tell me whats wrong ? Or at least explain ?

I had the same problem. It's easy.

And no opera is not the solution.

You have to do a full factory reset of your computer. It's definitely a virus

that's slowly gone inside your computer and it's destroying parts of it.
