How do I delete myself as family from someone else's timeline on Facebook?

So a girl I know listed me as family on Facebook. I hardly even know her. I don't want to unfriend her or anything, but I'm not sure how to get this off without being rude and asking her to take it down. I clicked no whenever it asked me if she was family, so it does not say it on my timeline. However, when I go to her profile it has me listed you just can't click on my name. Also, whenever she likes someone's post that only I'm friends with, it comes up on their screne that my sister liked something of theirs. I'd like to change my account settings so this doesn't happen again.

It is her account settings that need to change, not yours.

look on your relationship setting page where all your relationships are - you should be able to cancel/remove it there
