You have an option on your page which is"invite your friend" and select your friends whom wants to like your page..
Another tip :-
if u add a photo on yourpage u should tag the photo with your friends.Because if any friends offriends has intrst in yourpage they will like..
And if u'r seen any popukar post u have to comment your page's link on the comment
